On December 3, 2025, Wray & Associates in conjunction with LAGC hosted a webinar on the Louisiana Public Works Act concerning the provision of Title 38, Chapter 10, Part III. Claims of Subcontractors, Materialmen, and Laborers on Public Works (liens and privileges). The program explained both the fundamentals of preserving and defending liens and privileges but also discussed current issues in claims and disputes concerning liens and privileges on public projects.
