Our work does not stop at the trial court level. Our cases have taken us to all of the Circuit Courts of Appeal in Louisiana, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal 5^th Circuit, as well as federal court in other states. We also have experience drafting or opposing writ applications to the various circuit courts of appeal and the Louisiana Supreme Court involving construction related issues, as well as other issues of a more general nature. We have the experience to consult with you or your lawyer on appellate briefs and writ applications, especially consults concerning issues touching on Louisiana construction law.
