We have experience representing various parties in construction, whether they be general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, lessors, equipment dealers, owners, or design professionals.

 On occasion, we have represented parties, both owners and contractors, in connection with residential construction matters or we have represented parties in other types of general civil litigation such as zoning matters, franchise litigation, open account collections, and some personal injury matters. We have also consulted on criminal matters arising out of construction projects as well, such as involving misapplication of payment and residential contractor fraud claims under La. R.S. 14:202 and La. R.S. 14:202.1.
