We will cover recent developments in public works acts liens and privileges, whether on local municipal or parochial projects, as well as state projects, including, but not limited to Dotd project under title 48. Furthermore, the webinar will include a panel of representatives from the surety industry to speak to the bonding company’s perspective on liens and privileges, and related matters.
